Tell me why YOUR God, (or gods) or belief system, is the only indisputably correct one and how do you know?
I need proof because there is a huge choice and it's a buyers market.
If I make the wrong choice it may be your fault.

If you're an atheist looking for God, then I'd say that you made your first right step. Because God is constantly looking for you to come to Him & He will not rest until you are found.

But looking for God by asking a bunch of people, in my opinion, is not the right method for finding God. Each and every man will give you a different answer because God reveals Himself in so many ways that only you can understand. What you can probably do is go to a place quiet enough for your mind to be still. And in the stillness of your heart, ask God to reveal Himself to you.

But don't expect a glorious phenomenon with trumpets blasting in your ears or choirs of angels singing praises. Because in the simplest things, you can find God's presence.

In the end, only you can answer your own question. Because no answer can ever be right for a person who always finds fault & who does not believe.

First off this is such a big step for you, the biggest decision for you is to first believe in and accept your lord Jesus Christ, and that he died for your sins. A chruch and a beliefe system are personal, and what you believe to be true. I would suggest trying a few chruches first.
If you want indisputability, then nothing not even atheist have that, but read Case for Christ, it answer many sceptics and new believer questions. Believing in god, that you are a sinner, and that you want to live a life according to God, is a huge commitment, but once you make the step and GOd is always in your life, you are a better person for it. So read that book, and it will show you just how real God is, then you can try to find local churches where you feel comfortable.

Christianity; To separate yourself do this; Apply the 2 or more witnesses principle given to the Jews (Deurt. 10-20) and the Christians (Matt. 18:16, 2 Cor. 13:1). However, in Christianity it is not presently in the USA completely applied.
The scriptural 'old testament' is not Genesis-Malachi (violates 2 Tim.3:16-17, part 1), but the law of Moses (synonym 2 Cor. 3:13-14 KJV, part 2). Witnesses; Joshua, Nehemiah, David,Solomon, Malachi, Jesus, God the Father, Paul, and others.
There are other tests currently (some people pass, some fail) also; but at this time, I present one aspect at a time here.

C'mon be honest. How do you know atheism is the only correct belief system and yet this didn't stop your from embracing that theory. What possbile evidence would meet the criteria of science. Even if God himself came down and revealed himself or signed his name on something no evidence could be permissable as science has determined God isn't science but religion. So the door is closed tightly for any possible consideration.

Well dude,I can't tell you what to believe 'cos it's obvious you've a mind of your own.If you can't even believe that God exists how then can you appreciate the benefits of having a relationship with him?I like people who love ot find out things for themselves for the bible also encourages us to.The admonishes us to taste and see that God is good and that anyone at all who calls upon the name of God in truth and in sincerity will be saved. So the choice is yours.Your unbelief in God hasn't stop from him blessing, healing and performing wonders in the lives of people it has only robbed from what you should have been enjoying.

There is no one indisputable belief system, all religions have the emphasis in one way or another on how you should behave towards your fellow man and in this light you should choose one that sits closely with your beliefs. You say you seek something to believe in but you must believe in something even its the ultimate truth you are born, you grow old, you die...even science is a belief system, science is by its very nature not proven it is at best most likely, but how often are scientific certainties overturned by the new certainty? (I am a scientist by the way)
Belief is a personal thing and as such it will or will not develop according to the individual, and as individuals we must accept the consequences of our decisions, doctrine and dogma are not belief it is a dogged adherence to the norm belief is within you not in some religious organisation

There is no need to look further than Christianity. Jesus Christ is the only "religious leader" to have ever risen from the dead.

Can I prove to you incontrovertibly that Christ rose from the dead? No, but I can provide you with one bit of evidence that should make you give it some thought...

Christians (who early on were almost exclusively Jewish) worship on Sundays. Jews still consider Saturday (the Sabbath) as their day of worship. What caused this shift? I propose that Christ's resurrection on Easter Sunday provides the most reasonable answer.

Like I said, this is not ironclad proof that Jesus Christ came back to life again after being crucified, but it should cause you to consider the possibility of its truth.

May you find what you are looking for!

u must believ in Jehallah bcuz he will break out of the body of the Jesus in 2012. If u love him u will be saved and have the cake in heaven. if not u will burn 4eva

ur choice.

And don't be gay otherwise 2 you eill burn 4eva.

I I am not the judge only Jehallah is judge. If ur unbeliever ur cast out from heaven 4 wicked sin. Sin is all the same if you look at a neighbour dog and lik eit or if you kill a 600000000 jews, all sin is punished by death.

Do not be an infinidel and punished 4eva, I am not 2 judge. U must decide urself now I tell you the word of jehallah ur must make a decision and if u not decide that is still a decision like an agnostics-atheiostics confused mischief makers.

Still will burn.

PRAISE Jehallah!

My belief system is believing in me. I'm typing to you so that proves I'm real. You can do whatever you want as long at it doesn't hurt other people. I don't have an after life constructed as of yet but it is in the planning stages. Oh but I do charge $20. Such a small price to pay isn't it?

I was having the same dilemma so I searched on the internet for answers and found a quiz which links your basic beliefs to a religion that matches it. From my fundamental beliefs I found I was most suited to buddhism, Sikhism and Jainism than any other types. Try it, research your matches, see what you think.
