its a sleeping pill for someone with a low grade of insomnia. so yeah its sleep .

Temazepam, the generic name of a benzodiazepine, is sleep inducing. It is also prescribed as a short term treatment for insomia. It is a controlled substance (meaning that continued use lead to psychological or physical dependence) requiring a prescription and not available OTC.

Well, as a matter of factly, i am not very sure of the effect of this medicine however, if you do have any of the above condition, i can refer some negative ion clothings to you which will take care of this problem

commonly used for sleep, it is in the family of benzodiazipines and there for also has some anxiolitic properties.
