Being mature isn't a trait exclusive to adults. Being mature means that someone is responsible in their actions, is accountable for things they've done, accepts the consequences of their mistakes and makes personal sacrifices when needed. Plenty of adults fail to display any of these traits and are therefore very immature.

Grown ups can be immature.

But for the most part, grown ups take accountability and are responsible for their actions and take on responsibilities. Then you have life experience that you have learned from that . Which life experiences in effect has a person become more mature.

I am both. I am a grown-up because I have a family that I love and support, I am a husband who loves and adores his wife, I am a father who loves and adores his son, I know the difference between right and wrong, and try to avoid doing wrong (I know we're not all perfect). I have a job and a house and bills to pay on time.

I am immature and proud of it! I love Disneyworld! I love Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck. My DVD collection includes Tom and Jerry and MXC. I still watch Police Academy movies and love them. I play practical jokes on my wife. I am older than dirt, and I still crank my stereo up in my car. I will be in a nursing home someday terrorizing the staff, embarrasing my Grand-kids when I play KISS on my stereo real loud.

I'm kinda border-line Peter Pan, except you won't catch me flying around in green tights and having a best friend named Tinkerbell.

You have to realize that sometimes you can confront a perspn on there bahavior and they can change it and that other times they won't.In other words you can't tell them that they're being an *** because they won't listen. You have to Show them.My advice is to just ignore them and kill them with kindness.
