I would like to buy the software (Outlook 2007), but I want to download it, not to go to the store, or to wait they'll ship it to me. Can I do that?

Ok,why don't you do it this way,First go to
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/FX100487751033.aspx and download the free 60 day trial offer, then order it online, wait till they deliver it to you then you can just upgrade from the trial edition to the fully paid version without losing any data.
There are a few editions available, choose the one with the features you want.

No, you can't, it's commercial ($$$) software included with M$-Office.

Buy a newer version, or stick with what you have.
