Scheduledfor neck surgery, I had my regular cortisone shot and--it worked this time! Would you still go ahead?

with the surgery? It's a disc fusion/replacement. I had horrible falling asleep of my hands and arms and since I had the shots Monday---I feel great! I'm only 44 and reaaaallly don't want to start screwing around with being cut open if I can get by with medication and shots. What would you do?

If it was me I would not have the surgery. I would use the injections to make my life more comfortable. I would also use chiropractic and acupuncture therapy.
