There are over 200 different forms of cancer which can attack in different ways. We are a long way from being ableto say what causes them all. Some things are known carcionogens, in that they substantially increase the risk of certain cancers. EG smoking and lung cancer, genital warts and cervical cancer, excessive sun exposure and skin cancers.

Beef liver could be found guilty one day. Until them - all things in moderation - a little probably won't do too much harm, but don't make it 100% of your diet.

Yes, beef liver causes cancer, and so does white bread and green salad. Also fish, also pasta. Actually breathing causes cancer too! Living causes cancer!

With other words living is a lifelong danger that ends with death!
