These people who recently moved into the apartment below me are so freakin loud. I think it's 2 male roommates (maybe I college). They have people over a lot (who are also loud) and hang out on their porch and talk at all hours or the morning and night.

The other day I was getting up for work early (it was about 5:30 a.m.) and they were still up from the night before. I could clearly hear their loud conversation and they sounded wasted.

I don't know how I am going to deal with this.

I am not talking about just the weekend (I don't mind that). The 5:30 a.m. stuff I mentioned was a MONDAY morning.

we had this same problem with our nextdoor neighbors, and had even called the police several times...nothing worked and we were getting more resentful by the day. then a friend suggested a white noise machine - you can buy them at most dicount stores (walmart, etc)and they start at about $15.00.
best money I ever spent!!! they havent made any noises that have bothered us since!

We had a house down the street that was always loud and had parties with music real loud till early in the morning and once we got tired of it we would call the cops if it got past a certain time. We weren't the only ones to call and they quiet down alot. We never hear them anymore.

I know it seems a little like grumpy old lady to call the cops but we have kids that were trying to sleep and it was every single weekend and it got annoying. But we did it anonymously so they never knew it was us.

If you are in an apartment complex, call the police to report the noise violation, and the next morning, tell the apartment office that you had to call the police regarding the noise. In most apartment complexes, if the police have to be called in on three seperate occasions, the violators can be evicted. Good luck.

I think about the only thing you can do is call the police and complain to the landlord! If they don't quiet down, they will probably get evicted. If other people are bothered by it too, they should also complain!

YES! They are my morning alarm. They live across from us (we moved into our house about a year ago) and to add onto that, they don't seem like the friendliest people. They piss me off.

If its during quiet time (usually 9pm - 8am) call the cops.

Any other time, sorry you just have to deal with it or talk to your neighbors.

Crash their party, get comfortable and friendly, then get totally distasteful.

Do nasty stuff like crapping in the kitchen, clogging the toilet, go streaking in the apartment.

Do wild stuff. That way, you'll discourage them from partying.

Hopefully.
