I eat fire.

Seriously, about 7 years ago professional fire-eater and extreme magician Brian Brushwood performed at the local university. I was one of the audience members selected to appear in his show, and I had such a good time that I decided to learn the flaming art of fire-eating.

Brian gave me an autographed copy of his how-to book--The Professional's Guide to Fire Eating--and with practice and many burned lips, I learned the craft. I've been doing it for about 5 years now.

I've always wanted to be a circus performer, and aside from eating fire I can juggle, balance broomsticks on my nose, and butcher knives on my fingers. If someone helps to place them, I can do eight at a time and I haven't cut myself yet.

I'm from Western Pennsylvania.

What is it that you enjoy?

Hi, I don't know if I am alone after reading some of these answers.

I ride a Harley Davidson. I have 20" apehangers, and it is bored and stroked to 115 cubic inches. I have had it to 100+ mph.

I will go in and sit amongst the bikers and 1%ers, and shoot the breeze, and let them check out my scoot. I have ridden right into one clubhouse, and the Prez said, Lil lady is that your motorcycle?

Of course tattoos and such are fairly universal so I can't say like my dad used to say "only sailors and prisoners have tatttoos."

I do like to shoot, and esp. fond of machine guns... rat a tat tatt.

I guess that my favorite thing to do though, is to visit with VietNam vets. Those men and women (although it is mostly men that I see) are a different breed all together. I can relate to veterans, and they will usually open up to me, if I go sit quietly by them. They have so much hurt, and while I was young during Viet Nam, I still have such memories of that era of our history. I also talk to Korean and WW2 vets.

I also will go and talk to homeless people, and prisoners. Not exactly what most women do.
My sister used to call it the "hug a bum" program. but I believe everyone needs a hug.

It's hard to say because so many stereotypes are disappearing.

I enjoy drinking beer, playing poker, climbing trees, going on hikes, playing video games....but I know a lot of other women who do, too. These days there aren't all that many activities that are considered appropriate for a specific gender, at least not in my culture.

I like to play girl characters in online games. (Im a dude) Makes for a fun roleplaying challenge as well when you are a lady in those high male percentage games, it means free stuff and people being nice to you. Or as I say,

cartoon boobs = free stuff

I'm old enough that I don't have to see an attempt at self-identification in everything I do.

I like to watch "chick flicks" or movies that are more geared toward women. Movies such as love stories.

I don't like football or basketball and don't even really understand the games.

I'm in California, in the U.S.

I used to tinker with bike engines... although it has been ages
need a washing machine fixed ? ... I will have a go at that also

for my size ( 4 ft 11 ) and considering I am female , I am quite strong .... but I tend to test my limits

forgot to mention my tatoos and piercings ... which do look odd on this tiny girly looking person

I like to play billiards, shoot pool. There are some women who can do this, but I haven't found that many. The attitude of most men is that they can beat any woman in pool. I love proving them wrong.

I'm a gamer chick. What that means is that, while I do love computer games, I love role playing games (like Dungeons and Dragons) even more. And I'm proud of it.

Gamer chicks are extremely rare. You find alot of guys that love gaming (I'm not talking about computer games here, I'm talking about table top gaming), but gamer chicks are 1 in many thousands. Most girls wouldn't touch this stuff.

You'll find gamer chicks are very prized among gamer guys too. lol. Mostly because the gamer guys don't have to be ashamed that they're going out to spend time gaming instead of with their girl because she'll come with him and enjoy just as much as he does.

I hate watching sports on TV - I've got other things to do with my time. That puts me in a distinct minority in the male American demographic.
