on Serif Photoplus how do you change an image from a .SPP to a .JPG?

i have created something on Serif photoplus but it has saved it as a .SPP and i can't find out how to change it to make it a JPG?

Instead of saving use Export and set as jpeg.

Put your picture back into Serif.
From the File drop down menu select Export then in save as file type drop menu select JPEG interchange format (*jpg) then save

with difficulty. The way round it i find, is once its saved as a .SPP, to export it, to something like Paint, and then save it that way as a JPEG. Otherwise i'm not really sure.
