The Holy Spirit is given to all who believe in Christ and it is very genuine. People could perform miracles if they had a strong enough faith, but that isn't the case anymore. Faith can move mountains when it's genuine and strong. I have seen faith work in my life.

Every Born Again Christian is indwelt with the Holy Spirit. If they don't have the Holy Spirit they are not Christians. Those who do have the Holy Spirit can perform miracles but only according to Gods will. Anyone who thinks that they are a healer because God healed someone through them once is spreading heresies.

The holy spirit is the 'active and involved' aspect of God. There is a spiritual structure set in place that we can learn to use, via a relationship with the holy spirit.

You first have to allow yourself to believe in, and interact with a force outside your own perception of yourself.

Once you open up to this, miracles happen. I've seen more than a few in my day.

Miracles can take the form of physical and emotional healings, unexpected and unexplained answers to financial and other life problems, interaction with the higher realms and even the 'walk on water' types of miracles.

But, God works through doctors as much as healers. So don't close your eyes to the fact that miracles are occuring everywhere all the time.

Yes, sure that is very genuine. Miracles can b when i talk to someone who i know not and answer his questions which he asked God about. Or when i give someone money when he\she has no any and asked God for. Thats the meaning of being lead by the Holy spirit. Beyond the miracles of healing and so.

Good Luck!

Every born again believer posesses the Holy Spirit at the point of salvation (Ephesians 1:13-14)

As far as miracles and such go..........not as common today as they were in the 1st century church.

I truly believe that certain canons of Scripture have been closed or silenced.......including tongues. The signs & wonders that the apostles were able to perform in the book of Acts were for the purpose of starting the early church that we know & love today as Christianity.

The promises of the Holy Spirit may be found at the end of John 15 and in the midst of John 16. Jesus wasn't talking about the gifts of the Spirit there so much as he told about the Spirit coming.

So yes, Jesus Himself said so.
