Your cd/dvd drive is duff, get a new one.

Hi there I had the same problem, if you have not been playing with the pc settings and deactivated the drive then the laser reader on the drive is shot and you need a new drive. These are cheap enough as long as its a desktop and not a laptop.

Sounds like the drive is not reading the disc, I'd get a new one.

When you start your computer, hit F2 or F12 and see if any of the drivers are activated.

try to clean your lens. or properly ur lens is broken.
