I always feels tired and exhausted. Could the weather effect me brcause it's very hot, or could it be from not eating well?
Also I don't sleep well ( ex: sleeping at 4 am/ 5 am waking up late) Thanks in advance

i think you are over stressing your self and you need enough sleep and rest before you break down.wish you well.

And sleeping well is not a consequence of the time you fall asleep its how much time you spend asleep.

It could be stress, could be diet. I know how you feel, stupid good for nothing summer

are you stressed out ? keep your stress level low, and go to the gym in the evening. you are bound to get good sleep.

when you are in bed, try not to think about what you did during the day or anything, and focus on one thing - maybe just say a hymn in your mind and keep repeating it.

avoid medication !

u need to eat and sleep properly - basic things humans need inorder to survive

It's hot.
You're not eating well.
You're not sleeping well.

Why are you suprised that you are tired?

sleep more and all else will improve. if you are old enough, try 1 glass of wine before bed. it will help.
