Has anyone tried using compression shorts to avoid running injuries? Do they work?

I started wearing compression shorts last year and just love them. While I am not sure how well the help avoid running injuries, I feel they give my mucsles great support especially the Butt and ham's.

Also great for helping the chaffing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Don't wear them thinking they're a magic formula for injury prevention. YOu need to continue to do all the things you do now to avoid injuries.

I have used them off and on. I don't know if they are effective in preventing injuries. I understand the theory and lots of people use them, so if you like them fine, and if you think they help you then they probably do.
