I'm assuming "falieur" is failure not some French word. Well, you have failed to meet your or someone else's goals and need to get past it. The old song that says, "Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again." applies here. When you were a baby learning to walk and fell you didn't die from shame you just did what the song says. You just forgave yourself, learned from your mistakes and went on to eventually learn how to run and skip! Press on!

Good luck, good health, peace and love!

What is failure to you?
Failure is thinking you cannot do something you think you should or want to do.
Failure is not trying. Failure is giving up.
Coping with failure is to decide you will take a chance. It does take energy to do this though.
Coping with failure is recognizing the debilitating mindset we can have.
Coping with failure is to notice when we feel good and capturing that moment. Savor it.
I hope this has helped.
