i've got a few presentable baskets & giftboxes...?

Question

i've got like 3 wooden baskets and 3 or 4 really nice giftboxes..
i dont want to use them to give them away to someone else..they look like i could find a use for them, and not look trashy-ish...

but i havent been able to figure out what to do with them...

any ideas?

both wooden baskets are rectangular shapes..and the gift boxes are just normal square (medium size)..

i know it probably sounds like a silly question..but if i cant think of anything..i'll just use them as gift baskets & the boxes..to put gifts for someone else...

They would make great storage containers--I just went to a church sale where one of the workers offered to sell me all the baskets there for $2.00--there were 24 of them! Needless to say, I'm finding all kinds of uses. One square one was just the right size to put napkins in. If you have a place where "stuff" accumulates, stick a basket or box there and let it hold keys, change, etc. I take a lot of medicine, so I've got my pillboxes all lined up in a basket. And I have a bunch of little soaps and bath oils that I put in a small basket in the bathroom. If the boxes are bigger, you might try using one as a magazine holder, too.

In the baskets you could buy some " real " looking fake plants and put in there and i do like the towel idea ive seen that before just have no where in my bathroom i could do that :(

do the gift boxes match any of the colors in your home or a certain room theme? If theres enough you can stack them kinda in a corner of a room for decoration and if you can find small things to store in there..could be multifunctional then

wooden baskets can be used t o arrange some potted house plants in or use it in bathroom filled with books or magazines or by bed the wooden baskets can also be filled with soaps finger towels bath salts and oils for your guestbathroom

the boxes can be used also for your guest soaps and towels in guestbathroom... you could also display your colourful yarns and sewing item s if you sew to organize your sewing room ...you could use the gift boxes as a gift and bake a nice arrayof christmas cookies and line it with foil wrap or decorative wrap and fill it withyour christmas goodies for presents

I got a beautiful gift basket for my wedding shower with towels in it.. I keep my nice towels rolled in it on the counter... Looks decorative and it saves cabinet space... Use the the rectangular one to hold magazines in the bathroom/bedroom/livingroom etc...
