A tomato sauce lightened up with a tad of cream with Rosemary and Oregano Salt and Pepper would be nice.

Make a veggie gravy and add some fresh rosemary, garlic and red current jelly. Be nice served with some cous cous with courgettes and toms in it as well.

Yeah, that would be good, or some plain gravy, with maybe a hint of mint in it, just to let all the flavours in the sausages out.

warm butter bean salad
tin of butter beans
tin of toms
pinch of dried chili
courgettes
olive oil
small onion
fry onions in oil for 4 Min's remove then fry courgettes till golden add onions back and toms and a pinch of chili when reduced by half about 10 Min's add butter beans and warm through serve with sausage and fresh bread x

i would go with a hickory sauce or a mustardy cheese sauce served with salad cups eg: a lettuce leaf'some grated carrot diced cucumber,capsicium spring onion or red onion, tomato and a little grated cheese served with fresh peas and corn

I would just make an ordinary gravy, and serve with a nice plate of mashed potatos. Plain and simple but tasty
