I'm having a breakfast burrito. Scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage and cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla. Very common in Texas. And really good!

I had a bowl of plain granola cereal and I put flax seeds and raisins on top. I covered it with Rice milk. I also had a banana.

french loaf with apricot jam. some chinese noodle with mushroom/soya sauce. chocolate croissant - tea mix with a little coffee powder and milk! one banana one pear.
breakfast is the heaviest meal!

toasted turkish bread (98% fat free and tastes like crumpets), with honey. small pot of yoghurt, and a mug of japanese green tea. yum!
