it always seems to me that unattractive people will always say that I am a jerk because the outside shouldn't count. My theory is that the outside gets you too the relationship, but the inside is what keeps you.....

I cannot believe how much you people lie to yourselves, looks don't mean anything to you? Please. I'm with you on this one, brother. I was in a similar situation way back in high school, but I think the solution applies to the real world as well. You have to take up an "interest" in the anchor, and just go for the angle of being really good friends. You may have to put in a little time and elbow grease, but once you shift everything from a boyfriend/girlfriend atmosphere chicks generally accept you as a "dear friend." And you know what that means, when you go for the hottie you have her friend on your side working the psychological warfare for you. Works like a charm. If this chick that you're really after is a 9 or a 10, it is worth the effort.

Does she (the one you think is hot) call her friend ugly, or is that just your term? Come up with a less harsh descriptor. Sound out Miss Hottie to see what she thinks of sex in general. Is it a sacred thing to her? Or just a fun game? Has she ever heard of a mercy frig? Maybe if you have mercy on her friend, someday she might have mercy on you. that is very true. the outside generally shouldnt matter...so they say, but in all reality that is what matters first and foremost! just tell the 'ugly' girl that you dont see her that way and dont want to lead her on but there just isnt anything. let her down in an easy way so she doesnt run to her hot friend and put you down. good luck!

u cant really do anything to control another persons feelings. if she likes u she likes u, it will eventually go away. just go with whoever u like and she will get the hint ur not interested in her. feelings get hurt but it can always be mended with time.
