Many young children have an imaginary friend. This is quite common and normal. They all grow out of it. Unless you are thinking of the Hollywood film where James Stewart had an imaginary rabbit as a friend. Apart from that get psychiatric help.

alright Grand,
first of all, how can u lk the person if they don't exist. i suppose this is okay if your just "day dreaming" of your perfect match, but if you actually develop a real crush on this "person" i don't c that as being healthy, and once u reached a crush, it'll grow. so if u just day dream a lil bit about the perfect person that's fine, but if you have a crush, i would seriously start scoping the mall to find a REAL girl/guy, b/c it's best when you can actually see, and hear the person. so, i don't know wat ur friend thinks is normal, but if you don't take this advice, i fear you'll b taking that "imaginary friends" thing to a whole new level!
