My legs have that feeling that you would have if you were lifting heavy weights with them, except they're resting. It started about an hour ago, and it's still going on. I have no idea what it would be. I didn't just exercise with them, and I wasn't even walking around at the time it started. Anyone have any idea?

Should I take pain killers? The pain is bearable, though quite a neuisance.

I don't have a doctor unfortunately so I can't ask. However, I've never had this problem before, this is the first time, is that expected from Restless Leg Syndrome?

Looking through the information, it looks like it might have been triggered by a dopamine release, assuming that is what I have. But anyway, I'll just ignore it and I assume it will go away on it's own?

Yes, I have an idea. These symptoms sound like it could be related to something called Restless Leg Syndrome which is where the legs can move and twitch when you are trying to relax. There are medications out there that can help some people. The only way to know for sure what could be going on with your legs is to have them evaluated further by your doctor to see what they say.
