every time i have a meeting with an organization, my boyfriend is always asking if it's a guy i'm meeting with and does this every time. i am a very loyal girlfriend and would never allow the thought of cheating on him cross my mind.
the other day, i was hanging out with him and his friends. since i already had met the others, i introduced myself to the last one, who was a guy, and my boyfriend just walked ahead of the group faster like he was ticked off or something.
this is just bothering me. i love my boyfriend very much, and i don't want to lose him.
any suggestions on what i might be able to do to show him that he can trust me?

Men are sometimes jealous for no reason. Mine is the same way. Sometimes I think that they feel that they are not good enough & that whoever is better. Which is not the case, most of the time. All you can do is reasure him that he is the only one. Sometime they don't trust you because if the situation was reversed they wouldn't think like we do & would probably have different thoughts running through their heads. Take care

well he is not jelous but being overprotective..this happens when someone is seriously in love and yes you can resolve this by sitting and talking to him...i understand howmuch you like him from the way you posted this question...however never let him cross the line try and explain it to him howmuch you love him something really sensitive as a present so thaty when ever he misses you he can look at it and make it up...he does not want to be alone and that is when he would be thinking of crazy things like these...

You are doing nothing wrong. It is your boyfriend that has the problem. Tell him that if he truly loves you, then he should trust you. Tell him that you will not let him punish you for things that you are not doing. Don't let him treat you this way or you will be doomed to be treated that way for the rest of your life. Ask him how he would feel if you treated him that way.

uhm he must also loves you but doesn't really trust you..so you have to make him trust you..i don't think acting and showing isn't always good so just fine a good day and talk to him that you really really love him and don't want to loose him .and will never cheat on him for any reason..but also tell him that they way he is acting is really bothering you and just tell him to trust you..say" i cannot do any action to make you trust in me now..so just leave it to the time.."i will prove it to you..

he needs to think about his jealousy and turn it off, I used to be like that, I took anger management classes and they worked for all my bad emotions, I locate the crap feeling and turn them off, took time a year about,, feeling jealous feels bad.. it doesn't help keep people, it actually pushes them away ,, use a mans logical brain to figure that out ..maybe a good book..on the subject.

Sit down with him and reassure him that you love him and only him. His own insecurity is causing these problems and he needs to face them. He will eventually push you away if he continues with this behaviour. You need to tell him this!!!
