Some servings of fruit and veggies might have more calories in them than others, but they're all natural and fat free. I eat them in unlimited quantities. A 100 calorie banana is just as sweet to me than, say, a 100 calorie cookie. Actually, some processed, store bought cookies are too sweet for me. All that fake sugar and other junk.

All veg, but limit sweetcorn, peas, potatoes ... they are all a bit higher than the others.

All fruit - particularly bananas are good.
