my wife is in basic and im wondering how likely it would be for her to be able to have intercourse, with recruits or drill seargents. and what would her punishment be if she were caught and would i be notified?

Thank you all so much for taking the time to answer my Question.. for the record im very proud of my wife. and im not really concernd about her cheating. im more concernd with her being harrassed and manipulated, that was the basis for my question.

It is rare. I wont say it doesnt happen, but its rare.
Basic trainees dont look that attractive, they have a strange odor to them since they are constantly buring fat. There are too tired in general to have sex. Trainees generally cannot get a way with passing notes, let alone sneaking to the opposite sex's floor. Doors are alarmed and headcounts are conucted almost every hour.
With the Drill Sergeants, its rare also. They are usually not alone, there are rules against it. Also, Drill Sergeants are professional, they dont want to get kicked out and lose a career and face jail time. It does happen, but its rare. The case I saw was actually with a reception battalion sergeant, it was a secret for about 10 minutes, the trainee was single and young, the sergeant ended up being kicked out and sent to jail for 3 years.
There are not really any places to have sex. If it does happen, it doesnt stay a secret wrong and she will more then likely be kicked out after an article 15.
If it did happen, more then likely you would not be notified, but you would notice her being kicked out and losing money. She could be losing money for other reasons, but its an indicator.

Highly unlikely, not impossible, but highly unlikely. It is nearly impossible to find a private location in or around a Basic Training unit. If it is suspected that a Basic Trainee is sexual active with a Drill Sergeant or other member of the cadre both parties will be removed from the unit as the command conducts an Article 31 investigation. If it is determined that this has been the case, the woman is normally discharged as being non-compatible for military service and the Drill Sergeant or cadre member gets court martial-ed for conduct unbecoming.
The military generally as a rule does not advise the spouse if the partner has been unfaithful....

I'm not going to lie to you or sugar coat this, It does happen from time to time. But you need to realize it is extremely rare. You are more like to have a astroried come crash down on you today then that happen. Most of the time she would be so busy doing training and when you do get a minute or two herer and there her only thought will be of you and sleep. If you are still worried after reading all theses answers then perhaps you need to get counseling. Just show her the love and support she needs from you right now as Basic training is no vacation.

It happens at receiving station more than they will ever admit! Some young 17 year old blond will arrive Sat. night alone with orders to go to cook school and she'll hear various stories about how she should have done better with her contract and she'll ask to get it changed and the Sgt. Mendoza will take her under his wing straight to a unused barracks with a bed and he'll tell her a line of crap that he can change her contract if she'll just give him a little something in return! You would think it ends there, but it keeps going with a chain of Sgt's. entering that same room one after another until that poor kid is raped and screaming,but none of the cadre are ever penalized for their actions and she moves on to boot that Mon. with no change in her contract,only her psyche! Stop telling the young women that nothing happens because it does over and over again and again! It's like a gazelle that strays too far from the herd and is targeted by the wolfs. It's no different when humans do it either! She came in alone, not with a group so she was targeted! They look for cute blonds that are sent down in between.

She is too busy being yelled at, exercising, cleaning, and doing wonderful runs. She does not have time to even consider sleeping with anybody. My brother was in the Air Force and my husband is a Marine. You don't have time to think about sex in Basic. You only have time to think about what your Drill Sargent's are telling you to do. She is mainly going to be surrounded by members of the same sex. If you don't trust your wife now then how do you expect to trust her on a deployment or when she goes to school for her MOS...the military gives out free therapy to spouses. I suggest going to a few sessions. Maybe working on trusting her...getting whatever you have on your chest out in the open. If by some non miracle she were to have sex, not only would she get in trouble and possibly kicked out, but the Drill Sargent would also. A lot of them aren't willing to take that risk...and most of them have families of their own to go home to. I know how you are feeling. When your spouse goes away you have all this time without them to think...but don't let yourself be negative. Don't be paranoid...I know it's hard to deal with but you will get through it. This will only strengthen your relationship with your wife. I wouldn't worry about her cheating at all. Ask her yourself when she gets back if you are really that worried about it. Keep in mind that this will probably start an argument though...I mean...she just went through hell and then she comes home and you ask her that....on second thought..don't ask her. Just think about what graduation day is going to be like. Especially later that night! Good luck!

The only way you will ever know is if she is booted from the military for it. It is not impossible she could have sex in Basic or AIT but unless she is actively pursuing sex with them it will not happen.
If she is caught having sex, odds are real good she would be drummed out of the military, administratively.
No you wont be notified.

Wow how little confidence do you have in your wife!!! I take it she has cheated before on you. Come on now, get some self esteem I would expect a girl to say something like this but a guy??

I'm a female in the Army. First, congratulations to your wife on joining up!
It is almost impossible for her to have intercourse with anyone but herself in BCT. Besides, she's probably too tired and stressed out to even think about it right now!
I suggest that you actually start trusting your wife. I know you miss her and that she's far away right now, but if you love her, you'll trust her. She's in Basic Training right now, for crying out loud! She needs your support more than she needs your suspicious attitude.

You wouldn't be notified. At most, she'd be booted out. Basic trainees aren't worth the expense of court-martialing.
Depends how hot she thinks her fellow recruit/drill sergeant is!

From what I gather, female recruits in the US Military are trained in female-only platoons by female instructors. Unless she's a lesbian, it'd be extremely difficult to find someone to have sex with. And even then, a lack of time and privacy would make it almost impossible to get away with.
