hey.. who cared what sis-in-laws think .... if u said yes to your wife than that's enough ... she just need her husband's permision, right) and u gave it to her... if somebody say some thing to her just say I GAVE HER THE PERMISSION TO GO TO SCHOOL OR TO STUDY... if YOU say YES to her than nobody have right to stop her.
as for your sis-in law who didn't finish her school, screw her ..
tell her to go to (but i guess she'll need her husband's permission, right) well
who ever say something to her, let her say "ask my hubby, if he said i can go than i can go" or something like that

been there, i was the youngest of 4 sister in laws, married to 4 brothers, i soon learned that nothing i did would gain their approval, and i lived my life with MY new family, and just let their comments etc wash over me, i had support from the people that mattered and that made all the difference, support your wife, ignore these petty women, and live your lives to gether

It is your job as her husband to make sure that they treat her fairly. Talk to your brothers and tell them that they need to tell their wives to leave your wife alone. It is yours and your wife's decision about her going to school. It is no one else's business. If you are in your own home, you can just tell them not to visit. If you are not, you should try to get your own place to keep peace in the family. If that does not do any good, talk to your mother and tell her that she needs to get your brothers to talk to their wives.

This is high time for both you and your wife to have independent living. Just don't bother about what others say about you.
