Frequent colds, mostly due to excess heat in the body or improper digestion, damage the working of Thyroid and parathyroid glands leading to inadequate digestion of calcium in the body. This in turn damages the working of Gonads/Sex glands which control the digestion of phosphorus. The combind effect is that the internal heat of the body reduces giving way to water level in the body to increase. Now, when the internal heat of the body is reduced in old age or due to weakness or continuous cold, there is pain in small joints called " RHEUMATIC ARTHRITIS ". Sometimes There is swelling in big joints and if not cured, it has a bad effect on the heart and so it is called " RHEUMATIOD ARTHRITIS ". When these problems of joint pains are tried to be suppressed by more and more powerful drugs, it impairs the nervous system. Moreover, damage to Thyroid, Parathyroid and Sex glands leads to damage to Adrenal gland which causes less oxygenation in the body. As a result of all these plus tension leads to stroke/paralysis.

Now, when we know the root causes of this painful chronic disease, it can be easily prevented by taking Acupressure treatment on all endrocrine glands and curing the cold in the beginning by understanding its root cause.

TREATMENT : This disease can be cured by the following treatment :

(1) Take treratment on all points of both palms, five minutes on each palm twice a day.
(2) Roll the soles on grooved wooden rollers five minutes-twice a day.
(3) Take treatment on all the endocrine glands 2/2 minutes on each points twice a day.
(4) Drink 2 glasses of gold/silver/copper charged water reduced from 8 glasses of water, lukewarm if possible.
(5) Rub nylon brush (big one used for washing clothes) on each sole 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening till the soles get warmer than the head.
(6) Take half a teaspoonful of MAHASUDARSHAN powder + half a teaspoonful of turmeric powder with water once in morning and once in evening. AVOID SOUR THINGS TOTALLY FROM THE DIET.
(7) (a) Make a mixture of Calc. Phos-200 + Calc. Fl.-200 + Nat.Mur-200 + Fer. Phos-200 = 1/2 oz each
and take 4 pills in the morning and 4 pills in the evening for 10 days and then once a week.
(b) Make a mixure of Calc.Phos-12 + Calc. Fl. -12 +Nat.Mur-12 + Fer.Phos-12 = 1/2/ oz each.
After 10 days take daily 4 pills in the morning +4 pills in evening for two months.
(8) Take red light on the affected area (not head) for 4 to 5 minutes on each part. Then take blue light for 5 to 6 minutes on each affected part + on head also. Take this light twice daily till the disease is cured.

Osteo Arthritis is caused by obesity, trauma to joints, and old age. Pain can be lessened by weight loss (if over-weight), mild-low impact exercise, and herbal supplements like Glucosamine and Chondroitin which assist the body in rebuilding cartilage (consult your physician first, JUST BECAUSE IT'S NATURAL DOES NOT MEAN IT IS SAFE), there are also over the counter NSAIDs like ibuprofen, asprin, etc... However before starting a daily regimine of pain relievers it is important to consult with your physician as ibuprofen may cause stomach ulcers and bleeding, and asprin thins the blood, so your doc may want to test your blood CBC (Complete Blood Count), as if your blood count is low, taking asprin or other NSAIDs may cause anemia, and excessive bleeding, and easy bruising.

Osteo Arthritis is in NO WAY related to Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA)!!!! RA is an autoimmune disease which causes your body's immune system (white blood cells 'leukocytes') to attack it's own healthy tissue. The cause of RA is unknown. The only reason why the term "arthritis" is used in the name is because early stage RA begins with inflammation, pain, and morning stiffness. This results from the immune system attacking the synovium (lining of the joints), which causes the synovium to fill with synovial fluid which is what causes the joint swelling, tenderness, redness, and warmth of the affected area (synovitis). The cause of RA is unknown, it affects a little over 2 million people, and women are more likely to develop it. It is related to other autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus eurythrematosus, psoriatic arthritis, hypothyroiditis, and MANY other conditions. Your doctor can test you for RA by drawing blood and checking your: Rheumatoid factor, Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (sed rate), CBC indicating low hemocrit (anemia), or other abnormal platelet counts, C-reactive protein, synovial fluid analysis, Tumor necrosis factor, anti-cyclic citrullinated protein, etc... If you had RA you would probably know it, I have a close family member with it, RA is crippling and caused serious joint deformities. RA is NOT arthritis.
