This may sound stupid but that dream might be a sign to stop hanging out with a certain someone?

You had a classic Freudian dream. The bridge that became a tunnel was a sexual image. Your mother was trying to keep you from getting involved with the wrong person-but, she inadvertently facilitated it, keeping you from concentrating on your 'seat belt' (a birth control device, your own self control?) and you 'lose control' and, for the moment, had a very pleasurable experience when you entered the 'tunnel'. But, you paid for it later, in that you got into an accident, and couldn't move.
Now, the LAST part o the dream could be evidence of a real physical condition-either sleep paralysis, or sleep apnea-which you should be checked out for, by a doctor, if it ever happens again-or happened before.
But, the pleasure you felt when in the tunnel-that was a classic! Are you conflicted about a sexual and/or romantic relationship? Maybe you should cool it-until these dreams go away! the fact that it was your mother who was bothering you, could either reflect your mother's attitude in real life-or your feelings and fears about getting pregnant. if it's the latter, you should set yourself up with a reliable birth control method.

The long bridge ending up in the tunnel, the roller coaster ride, sounds like you just got out of puberty and are turning into an adult. Your mom calling you telling you not hang out with someone is 2 things, your connection to your mom as the person making decisions for you and advising you, and your conscience trying to warn you of making bad choices in real life. While trying to put your seat belt on you lost control - this means you made what you thought was a grownup decision, unfortunately it was at a really bad time. (Did you never have a swim or diving instructor tell you it's really bad to change your mind in midair?? Well, I'm telling you NOW. It's really bad to make up your mind or change your mind in mid air. It's better to make your decisions BEFORE you jump!) You also were arguing with your mom while putting on your seat belt, you are clearly trying to establish your position as an adult while committing a very irresponsible act of trying to make good in the middle of doing something bad or out-of-control (AGAIN, a BAD time to make a decision!)
This really reflects a situation you were in where in the process of having juvenile fun you realized too late the consequences of your action and tried to make good at the last minute but crashed anyway. It probably was something you blew off in real life, but has impacted your subconscious and your conscience a lot harder than you realized.
Since this is a warning from your own head, I think you should pay attention to your decisions on deciding what is 'fun', particulary those based on juvenile desires rather than rational choices that accept the consequences of actions. If you really want to prove you are grown up, then maybe you should find ways of having fun that don't include large amounts of alcohol or drugs, or unprotected sex.
Good luck.

Aw, that sounds like it must have been really scary, I'm sorry you had to have a dream like that.... Nightmares always freak me out a lot, but I don't know if there's anything much to worry about (maybe keep an eye on that certain someone, though? =P). If you're really interested in trying to figure out what it means, just look up 'Dream Interpretations" on Google, or something to that effect, you'll get a bunch of websites with ideas on what dreams like that are supposed to mean.

Your dream is not a prediction of things to come so dont worry.
You appear to have experienced a couple of common phenomenon in you dream which your mind has tried to make sense of.
One is a sensation of falling in dreams and the other is sleep paralysis.
You can put these terms into your search engine to read more on them.
I have had these types of dreams, usually when exhausted and overtired and they are horrible. Fortunately they dont usually happen too often.

Yikes! Well, first thing, you might want to look up "sleep paralysis" - a totally weird thing our bodies can do, and it sounds like you experienced it!
Oh, sleep paralysis is supposed to happen when you're really stressed - like if you haven't been sleeping much for days, or something huge is weighing on you. IMO nightmares tend to crop up then too.
After bad nightmares I try to tell myself my own "who, what, when, and where", Just to reassure myself, and make the dream seem less real. Or... just read Harry Potter or something? :)
I'm sorry about the dream - sounds like really scary stuff. Hope you're feeling better soon!
