What's the difference between the Roman Catholic Church and the Holy Catholic Church?

Huge!

The Holy Catholic Church mentioned in scripture and in the Apostles Creed and the Nicene Creed etc. is the universal church as founded by Jesus and the Apostles.

The Roman Catholic Church is the Roman version of the church, founded by the Emporer Constantine to unite his Empire under one standard religion.

To make it acceptable to the many and varied nationalities and beliefs, over a 1,500 year period, names, customs and practices from many different religions were "christianised" and grafted onto to Christianity. It has been estimated that 70% - 80% of the doctrines and ceremonies of the Roman Church have come straight from Non-Christian religions including Pagans and Idol worshippers.

Because Rome ruled the known world, their version of the faith became the largest and most influential and Christians who disputed Rome's version were branded as "heretics" by the authorities and persecuted and discriminated against.

The Holy Catholic Church comprises various rites of the Catholic Church, one of which is the Latin Rite (The Roman Catholic Church).

However, you should be aware that there is also a schismatic "Holy Catholic Church" that broke away from the Roman Catholic Church after Vatican II. They refer to themselves as the Holy Catholic Church, and they even have their own Pope and everything.

Roman Catholic - Pope is the head of the church with the title
VICAR OF CHRIST

Holy Catholic - Christ is the Head of the church in theory and not always in practice !!! With an honest heart we all should do our best to bring glory to the Head of the church !!! If we would let the Holy Spirit do His job thru us and get self interest out of the way the word HOLY would take on greater significance !!!

Some non-Roman churches also call themselves Catholic, incl. some of the Orthodox ones. This is because Catholic means Universal, and they all claim to be Universal.

...It sounds like a "play on wording"... The word "Catholic" means "universal"... the word Holy is an ancient Hebrew word meaning "separate"...(but in a very "religious" way).

The Church of Rome (The Roman Catholic Church) etc. etc.
is governed by an "elected" man of whom their followers believe to be "infallible"....a direct contraction of Scripture. and...they refer to him as the "Holy Father" which is as close to Blasphemy as anyone dare to get...(see Scripture, Matthew, chapter 23 vs 9)...but they just "skip over" that part of Scripture... The Roman Church, has over the centuries written dogma and doctrines far outside the parameters of Scripture in order to keep their believers in "religious bondage"... "they" give their "Priests" special powers (against Scripture) to preform acts and "religious gymnastics" that rival that of "David Copperfield"... Read the Scriptures not the dogmas, bulls and doctrines of a church that took the Words of Jesus to fit their "religion"... by the way, the first "9" Popes (which is a pagan title) were Jews and then "they" broke away from the True Way to establish what has evolved into today's Roman Church... (You shall know the Truth and the Truth shall make you free).
