You could try something like "Miss Manners' Guide To Excruciatingly Correct Behavior", which offers a gently humorous guide to modern American manners.
It is intended for an adult reader.
For children there are many good books on the subject, as well as a number for teenagers.
The "Miss Manners" book is available through Amazon.com but you could ask at your local bookshop and see if they stock it or can order it in for you.
Cheers :-)

You can google table manners and get a lot of info
But as far as books go, look for one written by the original maven Emily Post. I believe the book was titled "Guide to Excrutiatingly Correct Manners" a suprisingly good read.

My observation is that there are less books available on these topics and whichever books are available are not so good.
Parents and teachers are not gives us more knowledge on these subjects.
We improve our personality just by observing others.
I have two or three e-books related to these topics (Personality Development) but not exactly on your mentioned topics.
If you want these books, I will send you.
And if you got any books send me e-mail.
