Ok well my fiance is getting chills, sore throat, stuffy head and her brother just got bad chills from out of nowhere. I was wondering what this could be? I live in Georgia(U.S.A) the temp. here is usually in the 80's during the day and lower 70's at night. So I wouldn't think the flu. What is it?

Flu is a possibility. You can get the flu even it its not cold outside...

It sounds like an infection, likely bacterial, but possibly viral. Get her to a doctor.

Possible influenza or tonsilopharingitis / strept throat.
