Wait for her to mature a bit. Girls who whine about their weight and then never do anything to improve their self image are simply looking for attention.
In the meantime, tell her in a straightforward way, "I don't think you're fat but you don't believe me. That's your choice, but when you go on and on about it I'm not going to spend even one second telling you otherwise." And then DON'T say anything when she says it. Seriously, ignore it.

Stay clear of the "Fat v. Thin" conversation. bad, bad, bad. The next time you two are in bed or on the couch, if you do that sort of thing, just let her know how much her body turns you on! If she knows that your happy with it maybe she will forget about...at least until the next day. Good luck...

All girls think they're fat.. it is hopeless to tell them that they are not fat... Why not show her a picture of Queen Lattifa or Whopi Goldberg and tell this is fat!

Girls do that a lot (even me). Partially because they feel fat and partially because they want you to compliment them!
Tell her, that she's beautiful and she doesn't need to lose any weight and you love her the way she is.
And I KNOW she'll keep saying it, but inside she'll be happy.

Just tell her that she s not. Thats the better you can do

all girls say that... she tells you she thinks she is fat because she wants reassurance that you think she is beautiful... let her know you think she is beautiful.. its the whole reason she says she is fat in the first place

I taunt thin girls with "fat" names. It has a reverse psychological effect.
