Hello. I'm interested in and am doing research on Dutch youth, street and college slang for a project I'm working on.

Does "slagmot" mean "fighting girl" in Dutch, and is this a Dutch slang term? Please let me know. Thank you. :D

Slagmot means 'battle mite' so it may have the meaning you suggest in 'street Dutch.'

The only references to this word I can find are in Danish, a language I speak poorly.
