I'd say the best time is the time when you feel it's right and when you know you really Love that other person. I won't say any age is right, 'coz you have to be mentally right before you take that step... I would say at age 18-20 is the right time, 'coz then you know what you are doing.

There is no specific or "right age" my dear. I suggest you wait to have sex until after your married. It will be well worth the wait because 1.) you'll have god's blessing 2.) less chance of contracting sexually transmitted diseases. Take it from someone who know about those things. A guy who can't wait until he says I do to lay with you...isn't worth your time honey!
