There is a great deal of science that is spot-on and greatly benefits mankind. It's when science sets out to prove there is no God that it falls apart and starts becoming science fiction. Human evolution is a great example of this... speculation built upon speculation, assumption built upon assumption. True science does not start with the answer, it starts with the question, but evolutionary science starts with the assumption that it is true then goes about looking for evidence to prove it and interpreting that evidence so that it supports the theroy.

Interestingly, there is also a lot of science in the bible that was there before men ever discovered it on their own. Ocean currents are first described in the bible, as is the evaporation cycle, and back when men thought the earth rested on the back of a great turtle or was held on the shoulders of a giant man, the bible explained that the earth hung in empty space.

Well some fundamentalists think science is wrong because it goes against the literal interpretation of their holy books, but some religious people like me for example also believe in science. God is manifested through nature, and although scientists have to suspend belief in a supernatural force to do good science, it doesn't cause God to cease to exist. Besides there is still way too much that science alone can't explain!

I don't literally believe in Creationism. Life evolved over millions of years as science says it did, but it didn't really happen by a series of random accidents! Without belief in God, scientists say that beavers started building dams when some branches fell in the water. I say that's a crock of B.S. How did they get from random falling branches to these well planned, useful structures by chance? Impossible. Life evolved the way God intended it to.

You are making an incorrect assumption. I am religious and I think the process of the scientific method, when followed without bias, is a great way to learn more about God's creation.

I may disagree with a finding or a theory here or there, but overwall, the process of science is a reliable and healthy one.

Almighty God created all we know along with ALL science. so a TRUE Christian goes right along with proper science.
We know about gravity so do not jump off cliffs.
We know about fire and heat, so do not put out hand in a fire ...or on a hot stove...
It is only SPECULATIVE SCIENCE that is considered suspect.
The Bible even explains the water cycle of the earth

(Ecclesiastes 1:7) All the winter torrents are going forth to the sea, yet the sea itself is not full. To the place where the winter torrents are going forth, there they are returning so as to go forth.

Rivers flowing to the sea...evaporation...clouds...rain....runoff to the rivers...back to the sea.

We do not think that Science is wrong. We see Science support Creationism and the Bible. We only see people miss interpreting the Science data because of their predetermined judgments.

I am a Christian, and I don't think that all science is wrong. I just don't believe in evolution, because I know that God is real, I have felt His power, and I know what it feels like to be in His presents. I know what it is like to live without God in my life, because I have been there, and I know the difference He has made in me since I have be born again. No one can truthfully say that there is no God, just because they have not experienced His power. That would be like a man who was blind from birth saying that there is no sun in the sky, just because he has never seen it does not mean that it isn't there.

Not all do...but basically i think it comes down to evolution...

evolutionist think...rightfully....they have to prove god doesn't exist.....

Now god could've done evolution...but creations are taking the defensive and saying therefore they have to prove evolution doesn't exist.......now evolution is only a theory....most people can't get that through their skulls.....but still..soo many people say god doesn't exist so evolution is real....and then the other side has to prove its wrong.

I do'nt consider evloution science....i'm a chemical engineer....i take evolution as more of history.....gotta take a scientific approach...but still...but anyways.....ends up being religious people hate science.

Islam though....not trying to be biased about this...i am muslim.....but pretty much western muslims agree with evolution...the big bang......and all other aspect of science.
Just god was there....and this was his plan.

I don't think science is wrong. I think it is flawed - as are all things. I disagree with science when it presumes too much (ie. big bang, evoloution etc). Science and the laws of nature were created by God- we just don't understand it all fully yet. science is cool- it's just incomplete without God's full knowledge of how it all works. :D

I'm a Christian and I do not think science is wrong but would agree with scientist that will tell you it is limited to our understanding and to what we can physically prove.
God is an infinite spirit and his truth is greater than a man's understanding. We do not know this truth by our wisdom but by God's revelation.
