Sky car?
I am bit puzzled by the terminology but perhaps it is some sort of aerial tramway?
If that is the case it would most likely be similar to the systems in use in the Alps in Europe, cable cars suspended on a moving cable system supported by a system of towers with pulleys on them.
Is this in Northern India in the mountainous regions?
I am only guessing here but I hope this helps.

Hmmmmmm...

Me thinks they'd do well to straighten out their rail service before taking to the skies, for safety reasons.

The only other thing that comes to mind that may help to further rail safety in India is manning the trains with engineers who don't believe in reincarnation.

But that's just a thought......
