okay make sure you get your hair wet first or do it right after you get out of the shower. dont make it soaking wet just damp.

get a handful of mousse then flip your hair over (like look at your knees or something haha) then grab your hair and scrunch it in your hands. grab your hair from the bottom and just like make a fist while your hair is in your hands.
then flip your head back over (standing up normal) and scrunch it some more
if your hair isnt getting curly you can use a defuser wich you can buy at the drugstore or beauty supply store.

then use hairspray to set it and make it stay all day (auqanet is the best)

HOPE I HELPED!! :)

Here is what I do; I apply the mousse and then I go from the bottom and squish my hair so that it has a curl in it. I found that you get the best results if you do it not to long after you get you hair wet. Your hair wants to do a little more when it is wet.

ok usually what i do is:
1)wet hair (usually works best for me wet)
2)apply mousse, gel, etc. into palm of hand
3)then i guess "squish" your hair up i suppose and make sure you get all of your hair covered with mousse or whatever to keep the curl
and thats basically what i do i hope that helps a bit i tried to explain it as best i could :)

Check out jessicurl.com it helped me so much with my somewhat wavy hair. I used some of her tips like "plunking" and now my hair is actually CURLY when I do it! There is even one video where she shows you how to use your hands to scrunch your hair.
I brush my super wet hair with a wide-toothed comb with my head upside down. Then I apply a spray leave-in conditioner, some anti-frizz serum, and curl scrunching gel-herbal essence brand.(all with my head upside down) then I use my hands to scrunch. then I "plunk" my hair with a t-shirt for about 20 minutes then blow dry it just a bit with a diffuser. Then I don't touch it until it is dry because it will cause frizz! I hope you check out the website because it really helped me. Good Luck!

when you get out of the shower, brush your hair even if it's dripping wet, next, section your really wet hair and scrunch it with a LOT of mousse, section by section.. keep scrunching occasionally until it dries.
