I work around alot of women and i listen to some of their converstaions I have noticed that alot of woman describe what they like in a man, but the guys they fall for are the complete opposite. I understand compromising a few short comings but they are no where near what they are looking for in a guy and the guy with all the proper qualifications they wont give them the time of day. Yet they cant figure out why the relationship doesnt work. I find the whole thing hilarious and sad. Please explain because when i date a woman i know is not quite right from the start and i am not shocked when the relationship turn sour. How do women process this? Just looking for a little insight, thanks

This all falls into a "be yourself" concept. As we all know, women love to have a long checklist of things that they want in a man. The thing is, most of the time... this checklist applies to a stranger that they don't know well, or don't know at all. When you get to know a girl and be yourself, most of the time, they'll let go of that "checklist" and go with the "there's just something about him" concept. Makes sense?

We all, as humans, are allowed to change our minds, yes?
If we find someone who isn't exactly following our description of our dream guy but floats our boat, what're we gonna do, ignore him and keep looking for "Mr. Perfect"? Naw, we'll probably go for him.
There is no guy with "all the proper qualifications". There are only guys who are right for who they're meant to be with.
There is no real right and wrong in picking out people. We pick them because we like certain things about them, but if it doesn't work out, then so be it.

cause women are human too you know they want good sex just as much as everyone else. Good guys just aren't good at sex and probably never will be.
