If you live near a Trader Joe's, they have a wonderful new product, chunky almond butter. Mmmmm!
Cheese is good too. In the fridge now is some Manchego from Spain, also some Gloucester with little bits of onions in it. Put the slice on the cracker then microwave for about 3 sec. A thin slice of dry salami to throw on top would be nice too, but we're out.

Margarine, or blue cheese salad dressing. Crackers and cheese is good too.
Keep a box of Cinnamon Graham Crackers around and spread peanut butter on them.
