im 15 years old, in grade 10, and print like a 10 year old, -.- can anyone help?

I found one site that would be excellent for you. It's at www.handwritingworksheets.com (FREE , by the way). You pick whether you want to practice basic printing skills or cursive handwriting skills, and on the next page is an area at the bottom where you type in what you want to practice (short sentences, letters, words, etc), click the "Make worksheet" button below it, and on the next page it shows up (I typed in the sentence "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog" because it uses every letter of the alphabet), with the letters separated by a single space so you can see how they look, and extra lines below to practice on once you print them out (to get the widest view, click on File (upper left corner), Page Setup, and Landscape. Your page will print out horizontally that way. Good luck. :)
