Sister Dilema?

Question

My sister has been keeping something from me.We are twins and from as long as i remember, i could feel what she was feeling, think what she was thinking. Even if wer'e not together i know if she is happy or is hurting, and her me. I even got severe pains in my leg the day she broke her leg, while i was in LA and her at our grandparents in Minnesota

I believe we are almost telepathic. But lately i am confused. I feel She is trying to hide something from me. I feel cold & blank around her and Im soo afraid ive lost what we had, and i feel like so sad & even scared, almost like shes gone

How can i get her to open up to me?

speak to her, tell her u know she is hiding something, the sooner she knows that she cant hide it maybe she will tell u sooner

You sit her down and let her know that you have the same feelings that you had when you both were little and you know that something is wrong and she is hiding something and you want to know what it is. Tell her that what ever is bothering her is getting to you and you feel the some way she feels and you want that feeling to stop and only she can help. You have to honest with her and let her know that you are there for her and that what she says will stay between you two but you have to know why she is feeling so sad and scared. Tell her that anything that she tells you that you will not judge her and that you will help and support her no matter what the problem is. make sure that she treat you even though you are her sister she may not treat you with any information that she has. She may think that you might get mad and look down on her and assure her that you are not willing to none of those things that when you had a problem you would come to her and she would help you and now it is your turn to help her. Give her time she will come around just be there for her and support her no matter the situation.

Just tell her how you feel. Tell her that you feel something is wrong with her and if she wants to talk about it that you will be there for her anytime. Just be her sister. She will talk to you when she feels it is the right time. Don't push her, then she may never tell you and may even put more distance between you.

The first thing that came to my mind was drug/alcohol usage... that kind of buries the psyche.
The second thing was that she might have been abused in some way.
