why do many Muslims believe Terrorism is OK under some circumstances?

I do not know of any other Belief system that actively supports the terrorizing of non combatants,. nor do i know of any other Religion that encourages beheadings,.or suicide bombings. It seems to me the world at large turns a blind eye to such things,.Radicalism is one thing,..to disagree is one thing,also knowone agrees totally with anyone else all the time,.that is what makes a person an individual,.it would appear that the idea of individuality is what is feared most by the Islamic Heretics.

Very true, why Non-Muslims believe state terrorism is ok if it is against Muslims and innocent non-combetent citizens of Nagasaki / Hiroshima.
Why it ok if it against poor Vietnames, whose ready crops burned and their drinking water resorvoires poisoned.
Why chemical weaponsare ok,when used against poor vietnames, and their bodies burned due to mercy less usage of Nepalm Bombs.

This is really cause I read "LetourDeFrance's" response but the answer to the question in my opinion will be at the bottom!!

I am currently deployed to Afghanistan, I have been deployed to Iraq twice before this. Before I got in high school I heard no such thing as a suicide bomber or acts of terrorism. Other than the one that tried to blow up the WTC's before. And then that is when this all became popular. So you mean to tell me that they have went all this time and not blown themselves up or anything like that.

Every action has a reaction that is what I was always told. NO one in there sane or insane mind would just blow people up for nothing. There was some covered up and untold story that just hasnt come to the light. Hints the resignations, the fixed votes so Bush would have more time to try and fix what he messed up.

A lot of Christians I know (including pastors) support blowing people up with bombs in some circumstances, too. The only difference is that they support the bombs that are dropped by fighter jets and not the ones strapped onto peoples' chests. No difference if you ask me.

Hey, you ever see the movie Red Dawn? The one with Patrick Swezey and Charlie Sheen when they were real young. They look just like the terrorists that we are fighting today. Go figure.

Don't point at other people's religion and make blanket statements. The majority of Muslims are praying for peace and are heartbroken with what is happening.

Join them in praying for peace. Don't condemn all of Islam for a few misguided people for you will find these people pervasive in ALL religions.

A lot of the people that believe terrorism is ok are misguided, they have been fed information that produces such reactions as we see. Fortunately, a lot of Muslims are not bad.. Unfortunately, here on Y!A a lot of Muslims will completely ignore anything bad about their religion and make believe it does not happen, they will instead resort to trying to make the person asking the question look like a complete arrogant ***. A few Muslims here will actually see past such worthless reactions and take time to post a meaningful and thoughtful response.

A real Muslim can never be a terrorist. In the case of war or defending one's self, it is forbidden to hurt Civilians, women, children, Trees, plants, people that take refuge in Mosques or Churches or any other Place of Worship. So an act of Terrorism basically means Terrorising Civilians, which is completely unethical and hence forbidden in Islam.

why does a republican Christian feel its OK to kill hundreds and hundreds of innocent Muslim men women and children in order to "CLEAN UP" the terrorist, but strangely enough the attackers are really in Afghanistan, not in Iraq

I'd say the terrorist in the Middle East mostly keep attacking each other.They mostly fight because they believe that their particular heritage compared to their Muslim neighbors are the TRUE RIGHTFUL Owners of certain territories, as indicated in the Qur'an and the Bible.

At least they have the b@lls to stand up for what they believe. WE just go to church and watch TV and eat

I dont believe that its actually Muslims or Christians doing these things...or at least not true ones. People like to hide under a blanket. Do you think that people bombing clinics are actually following the Bible- heck no! Are terrorists actually following the Koran- heck no! Just like the Bible says some people are like wovles in sheeps clothing. They call themselves religious in an attempt to mask whats actually going on.
PS- If you think about it what they do makes no sense. "Pro-life" bombing a clinic kills the moms, doctors, AND babies.

we as Muslims don't believe terrorism is OK at all but this question can easily be said to Christians why is it that killing Innocent people is sooooooooooooooooooo OK in all over the world now any war is caused by Christians yet as a Muslim I don't go out killing any christian I see as Christians do to Muslims.
I want you to give me any prove that our religion says it's OK to kill Innocent people because it isn't and suicide is considered haraam (forbidden) because your life isn't yours to end.
