MY BOYFRIEND LIVES WITH HIS DAD. AND IF HE DOESNT DO WHAT HE SAID THE MOMENT THAT HE SAID IT HE WILL HIT HIM ON THE HEAD WITH THE FIST. WHEN THE DAD COMES HOME AND HE SEES HIS BEDROOM DOOR OPEN HE WONT EVEN ASK HIS SON MY BOYFRIEND MICHAEL DID YOU GO IN MY ROOM. HE WILL JUST CALL THE COPS AND REPORT A BRAKE IN ON HIS SON. OR JUST KICK HIM OUT. HIS WHOLE FAMILY IS CRAZY. IS THAT RIGHT WHAT THE DAD IS DOING?

No, it's not right. And he could go to jail for throwing a minor out on the street, he can only throw him out if he's 18 or older.

No, you can't just punch your kid on the head. And you can't just go blaming his son for breaking into your room. Calling the cops, that's a little far... And if you boy friend is 18 or older than his dad can kick him out. Under that age you must be under super vision of a parent. Hiting someone with your fist is abuse, and is not talarated in any home. If this is true you should contact police.

It should be reported as a abuse, and maybe they can get some family counseling or therapy, but keep in mind he is his dad and even though he might be mad, he still feels love for him because it's only normal to love your family, but this should definitely get in touch with a police or authorization, you are aloud to punish your son and daughter but not abuse them. Your doing good you should be there for him and maybe let him sleep at your house if he gets kicked out.

Jail may not be appropriate, but Child Protective Services definitely should be called in to take a look.

I dont think its right to kick a 16 year old out of the house or hitting him, unless the boy is out of control and deserves it.

the laws are different in all cities/ states. if you are comfortable, you may want to ask at the front desk of your police dept. if your boyfriend is smart, he'll do as the dad asks. he can always hate his guts later on. hey, the young man needs a place to sleep, right?

I STRONGLY support discipline. He should do what his father tells him. But calling the cops on your child ... only a ****** MORON would do that regardless what the situation is , you should be able to handle the matter by yourself as a man.
