You bring up a super important point.
People who do not believe they are sick will never be convinced to take some medicine.
People who do not believe that hell exists could NEVER get talked into a real saving relationship with Jesus Christ. His PURPOSE is to get you out of hell. Side effects may or may not be a better life while here on this planet.
This is where evangelism should start. Hell does exist - it is the eternal separation from God.

Christianity teaches that without a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, without being "born again", without a heart made new by the blood of Jesus Christ, a person is lost in sin and destined for an eternity without God.
Those people need a Savior. They need to be saved.

lets not even talk about hell.
you mean you can SOLVE EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOUR problems in life?
have you ever felt lost, helplesS?
have you ever felt really guilty?
have you ever done something so sinful and bad that you are ashamed of letting people know?
well, then here comes the Saviour. you do not have to suffer alone, or just brush these problems aside.

Because if you read up on it yourself you will see how hypocritical they are. It requires a good con artist to blind you.
