I think he is real , just not the son of God. Just like I think David Keresh is real but not the son of God.

With regard to your first question, your premise misunderstands that atheism implies nothing more than a disbelief in a god. If an atheist denies that Jesus historically existed, that is an opinion peculiar to that atheist and is not a component of atheism. The latter part of your question commits the logical fallacy of argumentum ad numerum, or appeal to numbers. The number of people who hold a certain opinion has no effect upon that the veracity of said opinion. For example, in earlier times the great majority of people believed that the earth was flat. We now know this not to be true.
With regard to your second question, I must confess I am not sure I take your meaning. If you are claiming that the Bible is without error, I differ in opinion. An example of a contradiction may be found in the first book:
Which came first - man or beast?
GEN 1:25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
GEN 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
GEN 2:18 And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
GEN 2:19 And out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
With regard to your third question, I have not the necessary education pertaining to the subject to sufficiently answer the question.

Atheists don't believe GODS or GODESSES exist! They don't particularly think Jesus was a fake! They just don't believe he was the son of a God!
And if they don't believe in gods, why the heck would they believe in any books that people have claimed to be the true word of a God?

A belief is only a belief. Because other than religious writing, there is no written record of a Jesus Christ the skeptics have a hay-day..

When it comes to the belief that Jesus existed (which there is little evidence of) frankly, I blame the Catholic Church...
During the church's formative years, they strove to become not only a spiritual power, but a political one as well.
Take, for example, Eusebius who served as an ecclesiastical church historian and bishop. He had great influence in the early Church and he openly advocated the use of fraud and deception in furthering the interests of the Church. The first mention of Jesus by Josephus came from Eusebius (none of the earlier church fathers mention Josephus' Jesus). It comes to no surprise why many scholars think that Eusebius interpolated his writings. In his Ecclesiastical History, he writes, "We shall introduce into this history in general only those events which may be useful first to ourselves and afterwards to posterity." (Vol. 8, chapter 2). In his Praeparatio Evangelica, he includes a chapter titled, "How it may be Lawful and Fitting to use Falsehood as a Medicine, and for the Benefit of those who Want to be Deceived" (book 12, chapter 32). (From nobeliefs.com/exist)
The Church had such power over people, that to question the Church could result in death. Regardless of what the Church claimed, people had to take it as "truth." St. Ignatius Loyola of the 16th century even wrote: "We should always be disposed to believe that which appears to us to be white is really black, if the hierarchy of the church so decides." (From nobeliefs.com/exist)
The church existed above kings in many cases. Everyone, from king to pauper, stood to be excommunicated (at best), stripped of their belongings, tortured (the Spanish Inquisition) or tried as a witch (in the worst cases).
The bible is far from 'uncontradicted'. Here's a short list of contradictions for you to start with: http://www.infidels.org/library/modern/jim_meritt/bible-contradictions.html
The book of revelation: If you're asking about 'end of the world' prophecies, many religions have them. For example, the Norse has the tale of Ragnarok.
The trick is though that Revelation doesn't tell of the end of the world; only the fall of the Roman Empire. It is a coded message to seven churches (named in the book) and the Seven headed beast refers to the Seven emperors of Rome, with the sixth being Nero.

Why is it that 66% don't believe in him?
I'm not sure what you mean by "uncontradicted". It's chock full of contradictions.
Finally, revelation is a little sicker than some, perhaps, but it is only one of many "last days"" scenarios.

The appeal to popularity is a logical fallacy.
As it happens, the most ruthlessly marketed religions thrive (and torture threats seem to be helpful).
As far as contradictions:
