It's pronounced like "oh-see-YOH" and written o-si-yo using Roman letters. it should be written in special characters, but I don't have the necessary font. You can go here--

"Osiyo!" (oh-see-YOH!) is the most common way of saying "Hello" in Cherokee. It also as an abbreviated form "Siyo!"
