The Law of Return does give Jews in Israel certain rights that non-Jewish citizens of Israel do not have, like automatic citizenship on immigaration. Thank God. However, every nation in the Middle East, with the exception of Lebanon and Israel has no large minority of a different religion. When Israel became a nation, every Arab nation in the MiddleEast expelled its Jewish population without compensation or resources. Israel has never expelled any group from its land inside of Israel to some nation outside of Israel. In Israel, the Muslim minority has full civil rights including active political parties.

Of course it is...any thought, belief or law that grants superiority rights to anyone on the basis of race is, by definition, racist.

Are you asking if this type of racism is wrong or are you attaching additional negative connotations to the word "racist"...is so, you need to specify them if you want to discuss anything except your basic question!

Yea sure it is. It gives Jews a superior and civil right over the Arab citizens of Israel...it's basically excluding a minority from rights given to the majority...
