Everyone grows in spurts. Males and females grow in different ways. Up to a certain point, boys and girls are the same until puberty starts hitting. It hits girls first. She will start filling out and become more of a girl.
Your spurt is coming due soon, and biology will take over. You will get bigger and heavier.
I would suggest taking part in some basic sports to build muscle and endurance. A little track, a little weightlifting, maybe some baseball or soccer.

Not all people of the same age are born equal strength. You want to go for weight training to increase your power? I don't think so. Why would she always carry you off the ground and throw you. I guess she just want to should off to you that she is stronger.
