no they won't draft you. There is no draft.
They won't let you in either.
You would probably fail the psych test.
Find something else to do, like working with those that have the same disorders. That would be much more fullfilling to you

During the other times of the draft in our history the standards usually went up because they could take the ones they wanted, and leave the ones they didn't.
In the day of the all volunteer military the services have to try even in good times to get as many bodies as possible, and sometimes they get people who do not belong in the service.
I have a mild case of Asthma "which I can hide easily", broke my right elbow, and have flat feet "board flat". And thus was not able to join the Army after 9-11, and even 2 years after because of my injury, and flat feet. I was told by a doctor at MEPS to pay my taxes when I said I wanted to do my share.

any history of attempted suicide is a PDQ with no chance of a waiver being authorized. long term treatment for mental illness(more than six months) is a permanent DQ with no waivers authorized.
You cannot be drafted.

Your history disqualifies you for enlistment or appointment in the armed forces.

If you have all of that wrong with you why would you want to join?
Sounds like B.S. to me, perhaps you get a job with the DNC

Plain and simple NO!
You would be too much of a danger to yourself and your comrades.
