Something that causes you to vomit your alcohol can make you sober faster.

Eating food along with your booze can make you drink tons of alcohol and still not get fully drunk ebcause it decreases alcohol from being fully absorbed.

Water and other liquids can sober you up a bit by diluting alcohol and by making you urinate more. I've heard that milk shouldn't be used because it can make you vomit.

COFFEE!

But if you watched an episode og Grey's Anatomy, when Meredith was really drunk she was given an IV of a certain drug then after a while she became sober.

There are reversal agents for narcotics and for benzodiazepines, but not for alcohol.Coffee is traditional, but it basically only produces an alert drunk.
