My girl was a power chewer when she was a pup, too. I feel your pain. Buying new toys every five minutes blows. The toys that I found that lasted and were worth the money I spent on them were: Kongs, Dr Noy Plush (soft-almost stuffed toys, super durable made by Kong), Tire Biters, Hard Core Fire Hoses and the Big Giggler. Nylabones were awesome, too, plus they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but the ones for large dogs were always too hard for my girl, so she never really cared for them, so they just sat there and never got chewed on, she likes something with give in it.

No rawhide, these cause many intestinal blockages every year, same with pig ears.
Stuffed kongs work great. You can put peanut butter, kibble, dog biscuits etc. in there. I've yet have any of my power chewers come close to destroying a kong.
Bully sticks. These are good replacement to rawhides, all natural and fully digestable.
Buster Cubes. Not really a chew toy, but gives great mental stimulation. Your dog rolls it around different ways to get food to come out. My dogs love theirs.
The best chew toy for two of my dogs is their diet. They eat a prey model raw diet, so they have a variety of different edible raw meaty bones everyday. Some days they get chicken, other days rabbit or beef.

I have a giant schnauzer who is the power chewer to end all power chewers. I've had a lot of luck with Kong toys, which are super dense rubber. They make lots of kinds, Kong is the name brand.
Also, check with your vet first, but my big guy LOVES to chew frozen soup bones. You can get them from the butcher at your grocery. Put them in the freezer and give one at a time. Be sure to give them outside or somewhere that he can't get on furniture or carpet, because they are really really messy. They're a great distraction for when company comes. You can also get the roasted bones from the pet store, but they also can be pretty messy.
Large or braided rawhides are good too. And so are cow hoofs, all available at the pet store. Mine does love hooves. They stink like crazy, especially the black ones which are his favorites, but aren't near so messy as bones.

Dental bones are great and last a longgggggggggggg time. Get a kong toy and put peanut butter and carrots in hole, could be half an hour of licking and nibbling, until there gone.
Sorry, but I can gladly say that my 11 yr old still has some of his plush stuffed puppy toys the squeakers don't work but he still naws on them from time to time.

Yeah, they are good at that:) My pet store recently began carrying dried sweet potatoe chips that resemble raw hide chews. These chips are better for them in that they actually contain nutritional value to go along with the chewing action dogs crave.

Rawhide bones are good for dogs that like to chew. You can get them at any pet supply store or grocery store with a pet supplies aisle.
