I've lived in CA for seven years, my parents own a house there, and we even pay California tax. I've lived overseas for middle school and high school, and then I've been going to a UC, now I'm going into my senior year. Out of state tuition is way too much. My request for residency was rejected in the past. I have a CA driver's license and I pay rent.

How/where do i go about getting my residency?

Many records are proper, however the suitable is a Ca. drivers license and a voter registration. different records would be proper which includes a apartment contract or application costs, in spite of the undeniable fact that it relies upon on why you will desire to examine residency.

I'm pretty sure if you started at UC as a non-resident that you can't change that.
